no.....its just a beta windows 7 system file...but you can use the resources [using Restorater or Resource hacker]

So if I were to take (explorer.exe, authui.dll, basebrd.dll, browseui.dll, ieframe.dll, imageres.dll, moreicons.dll, shell32.dll, wmp.dll, wmploc.dll, zipdldr.dll) and copy and paste these into my system32 directory, my system would boot perfectly?
