my question is--->
HOW can I copy iATKOS v4a from my USB drive [where iATKOS v4a is installed] onto my internal HDD
and make it BOOTable.

~background info~
I have an HP Pavilion dv9913cl Laptop : AMD Turion 64 x2 TL-62 2.1ghz, 4 gb 667mhz ram, 320gb [sata] hard drive
(which is a problem, since the installation disk/s won't load drivers for the chipset it is attached to).
I managed to install iATKOS v4a onto my laptop by doing the following : I used a KENSINGTON USB 8gb Data Traveler Flash Drive,
Becuase Disk Utility could not see my internal hard drive.
Once iATKOS v4a was installed I booted into OS X 10.5.4 and installed a patch to make my hard drive work.
Then I went into DISK UTILITY and copy/restored all the files on my USB drive onto my internal hard drive.

This is where I get lost and dont know how to proceed. All files where succesfully copied onto the internal hard drive.
um so my question is how do I make OS X boot from that hard drive?

sata controller - mcp67 -by nvidia- patched using ---> [link] -->
remove 0x056010de from the list under sata controller
[ if you read that guys forum he states that his cd doesn't work, well its becuase he makes it look like its connected
to a sata controller - this makes it fail ><, cd was working just find, so you only need to keep 0x055010de in the
sata controller list to make your sata drive work.

--how to make MCP67 work--
*[use these instruction to edit the info plist to remove 0x056010de and install the NforceATA.Kext]
1-download the file --> [link]
2-move the NforceATA.kext to your desktop
3-copy the NforceATA.kext
4-GO to /system/library/extensions/ and paste the NforceATA.kext [authenticate]
5-open TERMINAL and input the following commands
--->
*change [your username here] to w/e yours is and dont use [ ]

sudo -s [input your password]
mv /Users/[your username here]/Desktop/AppleNForceATA.kext/System/Library/Extensions

chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/AppleNForceATA.kext

sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/AppleNForceATA.kext

cd /System/Library/Extensions

rm -rf Extensions.mkext

rm -rf Extensions.kextcache

This will get MCP67 SATA controller to recognize your Hard drive and keep your CD drive on the IDE bus.

-- how to install Hackintosh to a USB Flash Drive --
~if you wonder how I manage to install on a USB Flash Drive it was pretty simple -
I think it depends on the iso you are using - basically from what I noticed, the ISO you use needs to have
an options to let you choose wether to install a bootloader or not,
first i installed iATKOS v4a + ToH 9.2.0 kernel [for amd processors]
that's all I had to choose to install. once that finished I rebooted into the installation cd and
installed the bootloader - which said the installation failed - but in reality it didn't.
~other things i did was use partmagic to [flag] my USB drive as Boot.
when laptop starts you can choose boot from USB Hard Drive - and there you have Hackintosh on a
USB Flash Drive. [performance is slow dew to its slow transfer speed but atleast you can install
and patch from within Hackintosh , ATLEAST THAT'S WHAT IM HOPING. since i've read about injecting
drivers into The Installation ISO - but it seems to confusing atm.

again my question is--->
HOW can I copy my files from my USB drive [where iATKOS v4a is installed] onto my internal HDD and
make it BOOTable.

- info about my partition -

disk0s1 = usb drive location where iATKOS v4a was installed
disk1s1 = windows vista
disk1s2 = target to move iATKOS v4a from the usb drive

-- thanks for all your help inadvance --

ANSWER
Simply boot from the USB and use Carbon Copy Cloner to clone the OS X partition onto your target partition. Then install a bottloader (e.g. Chameleon or PC-EFI) using OSX86 Tools (a program) or by downloading the chameleon installer. I reccomend you use the same bootlader as on the USB as you know this already works with your hardware,etc. During the bootloader installation select the target partition you copied all the files to earlier. The installer should install the bootloader and mark that partition of the Hard Drive active. Then reboot and boot off the hard drive into Mac OS X. (PS: to boot Vista hold down F8 at startup, select the Vista partition and hit enter)

Good luck, hope my tips help
